I’ve been looking at ‘Doves’ for a long time and I loved it very much. The wrap has unusual memorable pattern, beautiful combination of colors that highlights a clear picture. Finally I got to wrap it.
Mokosh Doves of Peace Nougat Composition: 30% cashmere, silk 8%, 6% fox, 56% cotton, 280 gr / sq.m density.
When you look at the wrap really close a pattern is also incredible. When you hold it in your hands you feel its singularity (brand new and not washed). This wrap is of average thickness, but it is very dense, and even hard. It’s even a little scary at first. But it has great wrapping qualities. You can tighten it easily and feel very comfortable.
I didn’t feel the weight of my little baby at all, jus warm support from all sides. In comparison with bounce silk wraps, which I mostly wear at the moment, it has completely different impression. Excellent wool is tightly weaven and quite smooth, but grips due to underside relief. Fans of heavy wraps with good support will like it (especially for the heavy kids). It must be said it was very nice and warm even with my little baby.
I really like the colorway of this wrap (combination of noble black, lavender, and bronze). It looks stylish and deep.
Wool pills are visible on some places of the wrap which occurs due to the addition of fox fur hair. A Pigeon wrap with fox is so exciting!
