Avant-garde babywearing design house Artipoppe has recently presented a new line in mid-price segment, which is named POP. At the moment there are several patterns in the line . We had luck to test Peacock Dusty Pink, 100% cotton.
In annotation Peacock is described as heavyweight. And it’s true – the wrap is close and rather thick. The pattern of peacock is weaved very precise and high quality, attached to Artipoppe. Pattern is tridimensional, which gives to sling an interesting quality: on the one hand it holds the wrapping, on the other hand – it lets regulate rails and pouch. It is made thank to excellent combination of cotton quality and right rapport order. Neither fine, nor big, the pattern works great during wrapping. The similar effect one can see with Argus, absolute favorite of Artipoppe.
After the first wrap job the sling becomes fatter. One may expect in a week or two of intense usage Peacock will be even more soft. It has no distinct bounce, but hugs baby very well and stretches excellently.
Color Dusty Pink is universally tender. Rather actual on the one hand, and classical on the other. Pattern works good in action, the sling looks graceful and in style. Peacock Dusty Pink is a bit heavy for squishes, absolutely ideal for babies of 6-8 kg.
